Procrastination. A feeling a lot of us are very familiar with. And something that often stops us from doing the things that really matter, but which may push us out of our comfort zone.
Whenever we have a big, important thing to do, we can always find at least 17 other small, easy tasks that need doing first. Am I right?
Well today we’re going to dive into this. I’ll be sharing with you:
- Why we procrastinate and how it provides us with comfort
- Some simple things we can do to start overcoming procrastination
- What we should be prepared for when we’re doing this work
Ultimately, I’ll be helping you to understand how procrastination is showing up AND getting in our way. And how we can find strategies to overcome this and finally start working towards some of the things that really matter.
