In 2008, Michelle transitioned into management roles while nurturing her fervor for veterinary practice management. It was destiny that brought Dr. Greenway into Michelle's life back in 2009 when their paths crossed for the first time. The opportunity to join forces at Sun Lakes Chandler Animal Clinic as the Office Manager became a reality she never anticipated but warmly welcomed when it presented itself.

Michelle is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM). Her undeniable commitment to personal growth is commendable. She is an inspiration to managers trying to make it in veterinary medicine.
