Meet Diane:
The Fire Inside Her, LLC started as a blog and space where I could share my experiences and heal my broken parts. Learning to become my authentic self through connection, self-care, and community was the key to my healing.
I quickly learned that I was not alone and started to meet travelers on the journey to authenticity—women in the busy, messy, lonely, and stressful phase of life. But we weren’t discussing it, so I started taking the uncomfortable.
Then 2020 kicked everyone in the softies, adding to the mental load of an already overfull plate. The worst part is that one of the most important things we needed was community and connection, and we couldn’t be around people.
