Lex Albrecht lives for the adventure. From motorcycling through Alaska, to leading the starting pack in every race, Lex flies by the seat of her bicycle. This week, Kristi and Kathryn hang out with Lex and talk about what it's like to live life to the fullest. Lex is a Canadian pro cyclist with several significant accomplishments under her belt. The trio discusses the lessons that can be learned from the bike. At the end of the day, Lex believes that keeping a positive attitude will always change your situation. And, of course, you always need a good cup of coffee.
