Based on Job 2:1-10 “The Nature of the Secret Council of God” invites believers in Christ Jesus to consider their experiences of sufferings in the light of Job’s own experience and not to allow the ignorance of not knowing what transpired on their account in God’s  Secret Council to derail them from believing in God.

As people, whether of faith or none we are constantly pressured to wonder about the problem of evil in this world and we ask the age-old question, “Why do bad things happen to good people?” The book of Job helps us understand the backstage activities and demonstrates that nothing happens in a vacuum and without causative factors. In the case of Job, his suffering was a direct result of his righteousness which was a matter of interest to both God the creator and Satan the antagonist.
