The first one, N G E as "not good enough" - A refrain that he has heard and felt and lived forever.
The second one is truly believing that he is the root - Which was the inevitable outcome of believing that you're not good enough.
The third one "he can't fix it" - That no matter what he did, there was no way to fix it.
Kellan taught us that those three are all related, even though they're separate. They can be very powerful as these fears have controlled his life in a strong and perverse and unhelpful way.
He also reminded us that there's a way out, that there's a different truth. That we should think about how to move through past around those feelings because they are only feelings to a bright place on the other side as we create Our Ultimate Life.
