• Air Pacific (the Flying Fruit Tingle) are doing better financially than last year, well, at least they're not losing as much as they did last year.
• Virgin Australia are catching up to Qantas in customer satisfaction ratings and ... SHOCK!!!! Tiger Airways came last ... again.
