We interviewed Kelly Goehler, one of the proprietors of La Belugue, a unique small B&B in a village in Provence that offers photography, cooking, and other wellness retreats and a full range of cooking classes. The property is from the 18th century and is surrounded by vineyards and has a very beautiful backyard with a pool and a long table for leisurely lunches and festive dinners.
