Hey.
Speaker A:Dare doer.
Speaker A:Oh, my gosh.
Speaker B:You did it.
Speaker B:You did it.
Speaker A:It's been amazing.
Speaker A:I'm just so in awe of each of you for what you're doing.
Speaker A:Coco, the way that you've been able to bring us on this journey has been so powerful.
Speaker B:Oh, it's so fun.
Speaker B:I love breakthroughs.
Speaker B:When we are having breakthroughs, we're growing, we're learning, we're creating goodness in the world, and damn, it feels good.
Speaker B:So now it's time to integr.
Speaker B:I think it was two days ago we talked about what makes success inevitable.
Speaker B:And part of what makes success inevitable is being able to call to your heart, right?
Speaker B:Your wisdom, be able to call to your heart that deeper reminder of who you are and whatever lessons you've learned from this journey.
Speaker B:So today's question is, what is your breakthrough mantra?
Speaker B:What is your breakthrough mantra?
Speaker B:What is the wisdom you've gathered from this time together?
Speaker B:What is this wisdom you've gathered as you've looked at your own potential for breakthrough?
Speaker B:What have you learned about yourself?
Speaker B:What have you learned about your brilliance?
Speaker B:What freedom have you discovered?
Speaker B:What possibilities are opening?
Speaker B:What do you need to remind yourself is true about yourself or the world so that you can feel powerful and free to live your best life?
Speaker B:This is so good because, like, it.
Speaker A:Doesn'T matter what level you're at in your business, whether you're at your first million, going to 5 million, you're going to 10 million, you're going to 30 million.
Speaker A:No matter where you are, there's a breakthrough in each of those levels that you have to get through.
Speaker A:If it was easy, everybody would do it.
Speaker A:And there's so many points in our journey where it's so easy to say, we actually were talking about this at some point through this challenge where you want to give up because it's hard.
Speaker A:We have to get back into clarity.
Speaker A:We have to do quests like the one we're on now and be with people to remind us that we can do this.
Speaker A:When we tap into that breakthrough mantra now, we're reminding ourself who we are.
Speaker A:We're reminding ourselves of our power so that, let's say there's an employee issue or there's a growth issue or there's a client issue.
Speaker A:We're not getting stuck in that noise in our head saying, this isn't good enough, or I'm not good enough, or who am I?
Speaker A:We all go through that.
Speaker A:No matter who we are.
Speaker A:You're going through that.
Speaker A:And so that's where that breakthrough mantra Comes in is when that voice comes out and tells you you can't do it.
Speaker A:We're rewiring our brain to remind ourselves that we can do this and what that breakthrough mantra is.
Speaker B:I'll just share a couple of breakthrough mantras I've had over time.
Speaker B:One was early in the Illumina journey, we had this mantra of fail.
Speaker B:And this sounds negative, but it didn't feel negative to me.
Speaker B:The test is how it resonates in your body.
Speaker B:And for me it was, failure is not an option.
Speaker B:Failure is not an option.
Speaker B:And later it became we are unfucking stoppable.
Speaker B:At one point during COVID where I was, it was really hard in many ways.
Speaker B:I was focused on doing a lot, of course, in miracle stuff.
Speaker B:That's where my personal growth needed to come from.
Speaker B:It was turning inwards and listening to my own need for love and healing.
Speaker B:So at that time, only love is real.
Speaker B:When I saw things in the world that were not love, it gave me courage to see, okay, well, that's just my mind.
Speaker B:It's not real.
Speaker B:Only love is real.
Speaker B:And it would help me find power again.
Speaker B:There was another phase in Alume where it wasn't even a mantra so much as a question.
Speaker B:And that was, what is my highest and best use?
Speaker B:What is my highest and best use?
Speaker B:And that's still an ongoing mantra in my life.
Speaker B:It's just like, what do I need to do?
Speaker B:God, spirit, light, what is my highest and best use?
Speaker B:So as you think about and listen within, maybe light a candle, take some breaths, hear that voice within you and just ask, what is the wisdom you want me to recall?
Speaker B:What is the mantra you want me to remind myself, what are those wise words that I'm meant to hear and share with the world?
Speaker B:And that could be how you find it, play with it.
Speaker B:It could be something you hold onto for the whole year, or it might be something you hold on for the week.
Speaker B:It's okay.
Speaker B:It's for as long as it resonates in your tuning fork of a bang.
Speaker A:So good.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:With my staffing company, we had one because we helped a lot of different positions, but one of the sides was entry level employees.
Speaker A:One of the mantras that we'd always say, which helped a lot, was like, we're helping people get shoes for their babies.
Speaker A:We even had one of our regional managers had it posted on his wall because it like, reminded us, no matter how hard it was, what the actual end goal was.
Speaker A:The one I have right now, actually have it written down.
Speaker A:It says, I am energized by purpose and impact.
Speaker A:I'm fueling a movement that's creating a billion dollars in impact.
Speaker A:Every conversation is changing lives.
Speaker A:It's so easy to get stuck in, like you said, the wheel.
Speaker A:When we see the bigger vision and what that actual breakthrough mantra is, we can rewire those thought patterns when they come up to see the vision that we're building.
Speaker B:Yes, yes, yes, yes.
Speaker B:It's very exciting.
Speaker B:Oh, my goodness.
Speaker A:So there is.
Speaker A:What is your breakthrough mantra?
Speaker B:I'm so grateful for you and I'm so excited that you have taken this journey and have been willing to be part of this experience.
Speaker B:I feel so grateful.
Speaker B:Hopefully, it's bringing you clarity and power and reflection, hopefully, of your brilliance.
Speaker B:See how you are so needed and your company is so needed.
Speaker B:I just want to see you thrive and prosper.
Speaker B:So thank you for this opportunity to serve.
Speaker A:So good.
Speaker A:Oh, my gosh.
Speaker A:It's been so incredible.
Speaker A:And congratulations, everyone.
Speaker A:You made it.
Speaker A:You did the thing.
Speaker A:What is your breakthrough mantra?
Speaker A:Do the thing.
Speaker A:Don't wait for opportunity.
Speaker A:Create it.
Speaker A:Design your breakthrough life.
Speaker A:It.
