At the beginning of October, I decided to take on what I’m calling the “Daily Coffee Enema Challenge”. Today I’m sharing my experience with this practice, including some of the history behind WHY you would want to do it, and how you actually go about making it a part of your routine.
Most people don’t realize this practice has actually been around since 1500 BC and got its start in western medicine helping soldiers in World War I with managing their pain levels.
Part of this exploration was inspired by my interview with Eileen Durfee on Episode 109, who has been doing daily coffee enemas for years. You can catch that interview on any podcast platform and also download my coffee enema guide here.
