Kurt von Ahnen grew up on the outskirts of Philadelphia in a single-parent home. This was before Child Protective Services cared about leaving kids at home unsupervised, and with a sister six years his junior to take care of, life moved fast. Dismissed from his Catholic High School with the farewell “A kid like you will never amount to anything”, Kurt set out to prove them right for a few years.
As life threw more curveballs, Kurt began to recognize that self-empowerment and surrounding himself with qualified people would lead to opportunity. Now the author of books, a certified Leadership Speaker and Coach, and WordPress Power User… Kurt shares his story and some of the tools that helped him overcome his obstacles.
A former motorcycle road racer, Kurt found himself building and leading training teams for both Ducati and Suzuki, which he transitioned into an independent training company serving the Powersports and Marine niches, while still consulting with other businesses in regards to blended learning tools and business efficiencies. When not focused on business growth, Kurt can be found bicycling on the streets and trails of Southern California promoting his message of Physical fitness leading to Fiscal fitness.
