There can be times where we feel the world's really driving us mad.

Speaker:

So this meditation is how not to be crazy when it's really crazy around you.

Speaker:

So let's say you've had such a situation where you felt a little triggered.

Speaker:

This is a good meditation to do afterwards, whenever you remember it.

Speaker:

Maybe there are times where you are going to see someone who

Speaker:

you know gets on your nerves.

Speaker:

If you feel like you're going to spend a holiday with your family, then this is one

Speaker:

of those meditations to pull out as well.

Speaker:

Okay, so it's really one of those all rounder meditations.

Speaker:

Ready?

Speaker:

Okay.

Speaker:

So just go ahead, close your eyes.

Speaker:

And breathe.

Speaker:

And just acknowledge all the feelings that you're feeling right now.

Speaker:

Maybe you're feeling a little mad.

Speaker:

Maybe you're feeling very confused.

Speaker:

Maybe you're feeling sad.

Speaker:

Maybe you are feeling a whole mixture of emotions.

Speaker:

All of that is absolutely okay.

Speaker:

And it's welcome.

Speaker:

Just tell your body that it's all right.

Speaker:

I'm just sitting down and I understand, like, this is how I'm feeling.

Speaker:

And have a little laugh.

Speaker:

Sometimes it's good just to fake a laugh anyway, that allows you to get

Speaker:

into a very non serious mode as well.

Speaker:

It's all right.

Speaker:

You're sitting down right now.

Speaker:

You're doing amazing work and you will deal with all of this.

Speaker:

So just be very appreciative of yourself.

Speaker:

Be in gratitude of yourself.

Speaker:

the work that you are doing and say hello to Gaia.

Speaker:

So Mother Earth is always there for you, ready to support you.

Speaker:

She holds unconditional love for you and she holds the space.

Speaker:

She wants to take away all this noise, all this confusion from your space.

Speaker:

So tell her exactly how you're feeling.

Speaker:

Maybe just have a little chat and go like, Hey, look, look

Speaker:

at all of this in my space.

Speaker:

Just be really frank.

Speaker:

There's emotions that you're feeling right now

Speaker:

and just show her all of that.

Speaker:

And as you show the emotions, Mother Earth is so awesome.

Speaker:

She's already starting to take that away.

Speaker:

If you wanted to make this connection stronger, you can just imagine that from

Speaker:

where you're sitting down, And right from there, down to the center of the earth,

Speaker:

there's this amazing connection that connects you with the center of the earth.

Speaker:

And this takes away

Speaker:

your problems, everything that you're trying to solve, it takes away all

Speaker:

of that, the noise, the judgment, the criticism that's coming your way.

Speaker:

It just.

Speaker:

it clears all of that out.

Speaker:

So just have a laugh, start feeling a lot easier that now that you're connected

Speaker:

with earth, all of this is going away.

Speaker:

You can notice what are the colors that are going away.

Speaker:

Maybe there's some black going, there's some brown, there's some gray.

Speaker:

Now some colors you'll probably start seeing them.

Speaker:

Some colors, you might just feel them, but you could also just tell yourself,

Speaker:

okay, some red is going, some blue is going, some green is going, because when

Speaker:

you do that, you're giving the permission to all of those vibrations to go away.

Speaker:

And you're thinking of heavy vibrations.

Speaker:

So all the heavy vibrations are going away.

Speaker:

There's nothing that you can do wrong here.

Speaker:

Grounding is just so amazing that it takes away whatever is not working.

Speaker:

And let's say if just by chance you were to send something that was yours, it's

Speaker:

just going to come back to you anyway.

Speaker:

When you ground, it's Earth will it into pure positive energy, then release

Speaker:

it back into the universe and it goes right where it's supposed to come.

Speaker:

So your energy will come back to you much more purer, much more higher

Speaker:

vibration and cleaned out very much.

Speaker:

in tune with where you are right now.

Speaker:

So there's no fear here.

Speaker:

There's nothing you can do wrong.

Speaker:

Just ground, just let everything go away.

Speaker:

You could also imagine that you've got a big sponge and this is like a nice

Speaker:

cleaning sponge it has really good capacity and just roll it around your

Speaker:

space let it collect all the vibrations all the sticky stuff everything that

Speaker:

doesn't work for you just let it imagine it's collecting all of that

Speaker:

it's like that magical suction sponge and it's just taking away everything

Speaker:

from you And then when it fills up, then you can just take it away.

Speaker:

It goes in the grounding cord and goes right into the center of the earth.

Speaker:

So you're just creating a whole lot of space for yourself.

Speaker:

Imagine mother earth still grounding you.

Speaker:

You can look at where she's grounding in your first chakra.

Speaker:

So this is right where you're sitting and let it go a little bit above as well.

Speaker:

So second chakra is where we can hold a lot of emotions.

Speaker:

And that can sometimes keep us in that situation, like we keep thinking about it.

Speaker:

So just imagine that around your second, from there, you have a

Speaker:

connection with the earth as well.

Speaker:

So look at your connection now.

Speaker:

Maybe it's like an ice cream, something fun.

Speaker:

Or maybe it's a very powerful mountain.

Speaker:

But just imagine the mountain being right there at your second chakra.

Speaker:

So it's a little bit below your belly button.

Speaker:

And right from there, right into the center of the earth, you

Speaker:

have this amazing connection.

Speaker:

And with that, you're releasing everything that is not working for you.

Speaker:

So just enjoy that bliss and let it take away everything.

Speaker:

And the earth's got magical powers as well.

Speaker:

Well, it has its gravitational pull.

Speaker:

So as it sucks away everything, you can turn the dial and you can

Speaker:

increase this gravitational pull.

Speaker:

So just by gravity, everything starts flowing away.

Speaker:

All the negative charges start flowing away from you.

Speaker:

So turn the dial, make it a little faster or whatever speed you want it at.

Speaker:

So that everything that is buzzing around that is causing you to feel

Speaker:

mad, all of that can just go away.

Speaker:

Great.

Speaker:

And now, up above you is the goal sign.

Speaker:

The goal sign is there for you ready and waiting and it's asking, what vibrations

Speaker:

do you want me to bring in today?

Speaker:

And you own your space so you can go, well, I want some laughter.

Speaker:

I want a lot of freedom.

Speaker:

I want a lot of joy.

Speaker:

I want a lot of abundance and power.

Speaker:

And then just imagine the gold sun is sprinkling those.

Speaker:

Again, if you like candies, for example, or whatever your flavor is that you really

Speaker:

like, imagine the gold sun is giving you that and sprinkling down in your

Speaker:

space like that, whether it was candies, whether it was some smiley faces, roses,

Speaker:

whatever you like, but just bring that.

Speaker:

picture into life and really imagine yourself being filled with that.

Speaker:

Maybe bring in love hearts.

Speaker:

So imagine those love hearts flowing down from the gold sun.

Speaker:

Earth is taking away whatever causes you to be mad and gold sun is bringing

Speaker:

in all this beautiful vibration.

Speaker:

It's your highest, purest vibration.

Speaker:

So just sit and enjoy that.

Speaker:

Now you can tell the Earth to take away all of your madness as well,

Speaker:

whatever was causing you to be mad, whoever was causing you to be mad.

Speaker:

You can give Earth a very blanket statement.

Speaker:

You are the commander of your space, so allow Earth to just

Speaker:

take all those people away.

Speaker:

You can physically imagine their photographs and you can just imagine

Speaker:

that they're going away into the Earth.

Speaker:

You're not actually doing anything wrong.

Speaker:

Again, they just go to the earth and earth just purifies

Speaker:

all of that and brings it back.

Speaker:

So whoever you ground, you will actually notice that your conversations

Speaker:

become a lot more neutral next time.

Speaker:

It's a win win.

Speaker:

So just let them go out from your space and the gold sun can bring its power back.

Speaker:

The gold sun can bring your power back.

Speaker:

It can bring your highest vibration back to you.

Speaker:

So just enjoy all of that coming in.

Speaker:

You getting your power, you're getting your sanity.

Speaker:

You're getting your calmness back.

Speaker:

Bring smiles for yourself, bring peace and breathe.

Speaker:

You can.

Speaker:

say thank you to the earth and the sun as well for the amazing job that they

Speaker:

do you can just show your gratitude to them as well of how nice they are of how

Speaker:

much unconditional love they hold for you feel that support feel that you are

Speaker:

not alone and bring in this vibration that i am loved i'm supported i'm valued

Speaker:

I'm free.

Speaker:

I'm abundant.

Speaker:

Great.

Speaker:

Good job.

Speaker:
