Hone your intuition through being true to yourself! 

Often I am asked how to fine tune messages from intuition so that they are quickly and easily recognized. My simplest answer is to be true to yourself. 

Key Points:

• Being true to yourself means trusting yourself over anything and anyone else. 
• Ask yourself focused questions: "Do I like who I am with this person, in this situation, or where I am headed?"
• Keep it simple don't over analyze, recognize quickly, step back and see what else intuition brings you. 
• Relax, take the time and watch for subtle messages that let you know you are ignoring the path intuition is lighting ahead for you. 

When it comes down to it the simplest path, don't overthink too much; expect intuition to constantly and consistently give you directions. All you need to do is pay attention and stop for a moment and listen.
