Shownotes
We're talking about stepping outside your so-called comfort zone in this episode - you know, the one in which you feel safe but you know to be, at the very least, uncomfortable.
In fact, without taking control of what's going on between your two ears, without taking responsibility for your state of mind, that comfort zone is more like a prison cell. Seriously.
In this episode, we cover what happens when you walk out into the world that your thinking mind thinks is not there, what you will discover, first of all, about yourself and, then, the opportunity and synchronicity that you will discover then you choose to get out of your own way.
You'll realise that you neither need to be brave or courageous. You only need to turn up. Another "seriously"!
When we turn up, we effortlessly do what we need to do (and say), in the right way, at the right time. That doesn't just enable us spot and embrace opportunity, it enables us create both opportunity and the synchronicity that will enable what we would most dearly love to experience simply "fall into your lap".
Worth 30mins of your time!!
