Growing up a sharecropper's son in the segregated South, Louie McKinney joined the U.S. Marshals Service and rose through the ranks to become the agency's first Black Director. Louie has done it all and seen it all. In this episode, we'll discuss some of the more infamous characters to have crossed his path. Among them, Frank Lucas, John Hinckley Jr. and Joe "the Animal" Barboza. Along the way, Louie was almost an unwitting accomplice to the Watergate break-in scandal. Louie McKinney became a legendary lawman over the course of his career and has some great stories to tell.
