The Right Reverend Joseph Scott Barker is an American Episcopal clergyman and the eleventh and current Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Nebraska, caring for 52 church communities planted over 77,000 square miles of Nebraska’s beautiful landscape. Barker was born in Omaha, Nebraska and is a sixth generation Nebraskan.
