Tonnisha J. English founded TJE Communications in 2014 following her graduation from Ohio Dominican University where she studied Public Relations and Communication.

In an effort to provide continuous knowledge and training to more female entrepreneurs outside of her client base, Tonnisha launched Respect the Hustle, an event series for the working woman who may be juggling a full-time job, or multiple side jobs, in addition to growing her own business.

Since then, the #RespecttheHustle tribe has expanded to support both women and men hustlers who are eager to level up their businesses.
