Lesson 126: You Can't Pour From An Empty Cup

I have to thank @trainyardstore for this one as I saw this on their Instagram page and it touched me. If you are an empath, right now can be super trying. There is so much going on and we want to fix as much of the mess as possible. However, we need to make sure that we have to have something to give. If we don't have something inside we won't have anything to give. We need to make sure that we have something in store to give so it is important to make sure that we take time out to refill ourselves. We all know what we do that helps refill us so we have to make time to fill up in order to give.
