Shownotes

Are we measuring ourselves against a clock that doesn’t reflect our true experiences?

In a world that often glorifies productivity and success, this conversation about time can feel overwhelming and even shaming. In this episode, first time podcast host Lucy Colgan invites you to consider the complexities of the 24 hour myth. Lucy shares her own experience of juggling a full-time job and motherhood, highlighting how busy lives can distort our perception of time: the busier we become, the quicker our days seem to fly by. Instead of fitting more into our schedules, Lucy encourages reflection on what deserves our energy at any given moment.
