Speaker:

Hello, and welcome to this episode of our podcast. I

Speaker:

haven't recorded in a few weeks, and there's a big story behind that, and I'm excited to tell you. And

Speaker:

it's all related to our journey, our journey as a team in my marketing agency and my personal journey in really developing this program, developing who we are, developing, where we're going. And

Speaker:

so let's start with the pause on the podcast. Okay. So

Speaker:

three or four weeks ago, my girlfriend and I went to see the medium again, and I think this is the fifth time in my lifetime that I've been to a medium. But it has been really helpful in when

Speaker:

you're doing these big decisions and what you want to do and how you want to do it, getting some guidance from the other side. And so

Speaker:

the medium connects with angels and ancestors and people that have passed on. And

Speaker:

then there's cards, and they talk through, you know, what the cards mean, what they're, you know, what that what you're experiencing.

Speaker:

And then you, you know, they kind of give you a state of the union. Like, this is what, you know, health is good,

Speaker:

or you need to worry about this, or you need to worry about that type of an overall state of the union. And then opens it up to

Speaker:

questions. And one of the questions was, you know,

Speaker:

I'm doing this. You know, I'm changing a lot of things. I'm changing a lot

Speaker:

of things in my agency. I'm changing a lot of things in my life.

Speaker:

I'm stepping into this space where I'm becoming what I'm supposed to become. And it just feels

Speaker:

really uncomfortable. And I need some assurance that

Speaker:

I'm doing the right thing. And so

Speaker:

it was really, really profound. It came back and said,

Speaker:

you're absolutely doing the right thing. This is the work you're supposed to be doing.

Speaker:

Everything is good, except you shouldn't be doing it right now. You should be pausing about six

Speaker:

months. Get your house in order,

Speaker:

get everything in order, and then in six months, which would be July, then go full bore in promoting, doing the pod, you know, launching the rest of the podcast, launching everything, just and have everything ready, everything set up. And so I'm going to,

Speaker:

in these recording, I'm going to be telling you that journey. I'm going to be

Speaker:

telling you what was the outcome? What are we doing? So to me, that felt like at a very instinctual level, six months was really good. And I totally agree. I was pushing everything

Speaker:

too fast. I was making too many changes at once, and

Speaker:

everything needed to be in order before we launch this podcast, and it actually was, everything that's happened to me this last few weeks has been really, really freeing in that you're giving yourself permission to take the time to do it right. Instead of just rushing, rushing, rushing, you're going to do everything

Speaker:

right and then stepping back and saying, well, what does right look like? You know, one, if everybody's going to suddenly go look at our portfolio, our portfolio has to represent who we are creatively. You know, our website has to

Speaker:

represent who we are creatively, that we're living in this creative world. And so one of the things we're going through right now is

Speaker:

we restructured our agency. We restructured our

Speaker:

team. We restructured everything based on,

Speaker:

let's focus on creative services, SEO and social media. Those three areas. We could

Speaker:

be everything to everybody. We could be a full service marketing

Speaker:

agency. But why not do the things that just really,

Speaker:

we feel we're so strong at our customers, our clients have the most success with. So we narrowed our

Speaker:

services, we narrowed our team, we put a deep focus into this area, and now we're starting to look at the vision of who we are and where we're going. And

Speaker:

the next part of it was just really looking at our core values. And so when

Speaker:

you use EOS, which is the entrepreneur operating system, there's something called a VTO. Now, these are a lot of acronyms, and I apologize, but it's

Speaker:

your vision. What is your vision? And then what

Speaker:

aligns to your vision is your core values. And this is kind of

Speaker:

like the manual, the operating manual for your business. Who do you hire? What are those

Speaker:

things that make people passionate about what you're trying to do? Do your core values really speak to who you are? And so we're going through that right now. And the one thing my team keeps coming back

Speaker:

to me and saying, it isn't clear, it isn't clear, it isn't clear.

Speaker:

And I think that that clarity is really the work we need to do, which is, this is what we're doing. This is why we're doing it. And

Speaker:

so that's where we're going to begin.

Speaker:

So I've done a lot of, you know, I've had a lot of time to think. I've

Speaker:

had, again, it's been like three or four weeks, not a lot of time. But in my world, it's a lot of time because everything

Speaker:

moves very quickly and we're making changes at rapid pace.

Speaker:

But the one thing that I noticed was, I talked to you from this place, and I talk to you in a way that I don't talk to anybody else in my life. I share a little bit of this with my husband,

Speaker:

but he, at the end of the day, I don't want to overwhelm him with blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah, because I don't want to be that wife. And he just tunes out.

Speaker:

And I don't want it to be one sided. I want to have

Speaker:

a conversation about it. But again, it's the same thing

Speaker:

as it is with my team. It's not 100% clear yet,

Speaker:

but when I talk to you, and one of the things is that I've been reading more in this period, and one of the books I just started was atomic habits, and it talks about your true identity and that the habits come from developing this true identity, living from this true identity.

Speaker:

And so I am on this podcast. This is the real me. This is the true

Speaker:

identity. This is the authentic self. This is who,

Speaker:

on my human side, my public side, my relationships, my friends and everything. I have been

Speaker:

afraid to show this. I've been afraid to

Speaker:

live like this person. I've been afraid.

Speaker:

It's almost like if I did this, it would feel like impostor syndrome. It would feel like, you know, this is

Speaker:

the audacity of saying that this is who I am, that this is what I can do, and this is the world I want to live in. And then I want the world I want

Speaker:

to live in transform the rest of the world, you know, and the things I want to do are so massive and so impressionable to so many people that it's beyond, like, what my friends, you know, I just. I feel as

Speaker:

though I'm going to show up really cuckoo. So I don't. I don't talk to

Speaker:

anybody about it. And basically, the reaction they give me,

Speaker:

and I've explained this in the past, is kind of grayed out. Like,

Speaker:

they don't get what I'm talking about. They don't understand what I'm talking

Speaker:

about. It's not clear. And so I think that's really where we

Speaker:

have to be is from this place of this is very clear who we are, what we're doing, how we're doing it.

Speaker:

And it starts with me, and then it starts with my agency, because we, at the end of the day, are the lab, the role models, the test of how a new business can operate, how not just a new business, but a new operating system for a business.

Speaker:

And so you, on this podcast, get to hear the real me, the true identity, who I'm really who's really coming out. And

Speaker:

the nice thing about doing this is that I can be that person. Because

Speaker:

if I offend you, you just don't listen. And if I

Speaker:

upset you or I tap into something or nerve that is sensitive, you just don't listen. Or you skip this

Speaker:

episode. Or if I'm coming on too strong and my ideas are too

Speaker:

much and you're not in a place where you're ready for it, that's okay, because you just check out. So it's this really. It's this very

Speaker:

low risk relationship in doing this through a podcast.

Speaker:

So. And I don't have to, you know, I'm not seeking any

Speaker:

type of, you know, acceptance, or I'm not seeking fame, I'm not seeking money, I'm not seeking. My intentions are purely that

Speaker:

I feel I have this drive to put this out there. So what

Speaker:

does this look like in my business? It's developing this authenticity and this truth of who I am and then developing it as an operating system within my agency.

Speaker:

And when we, you know, I branded it the clear thinking channel. And, again, that feels uncomfortable, because

Speaker:

it feels like I'm owning it, and I am not. Again,

Speaker:

this is not for any type of personal gain. This is a.

Speaker:

A drive to feel like I'm this drive that I have to put this out there. So

Speaker:

we operate. This is the core values, and this

Speaker:

helps me in saying this out loud, of what do I really want? So, the core values are that we operate in the clear thinking channel, and that means that we operate out of our head. We're not

Speaker:

operating from the human side of who we are, but we're operating in that spirit of creativity in this place where we're tapped into that same essence that we have as a child. To play, to create, to make music, to do

Speaker:

art, to that same natural buoyancy, that same positiveness, that same happiness. We

Speaker:

operate in that space. And when

Speaker:

we come into work, it is no longer a negative experience. It is a experience of

Speaker:

this is right. We're doing the right thing. Everything we're doing

Speaker:

is we're doing all the right things all the time. And

Speaker:

when people. People can't wait to get into work, to start working on these

Speaker:

projects, everything we're doing is exciting and rewarding. And when people leave at the end of the day,

Speaker:

that they feel like they've done something really important, they've done important work.

Speaker:

And it's this feeling, this feeling of been tapped in out of our heads in this clear thinking channel, a space where there's no judgment. There's just ideas, and then there's the pursuit

Speaker:

of the best idea, and then the following of everything's creative, and there's no problems. So problems are not seen as problems

Speaker:

anymore. Issues are not seen as issues.

Speaker:

There's nothing negative. Everything that shows up as a problem or an

Speaker:

issue is actually just an opportunity for brainstorming, for creativity, and it's an opportunity to move closer and closer and closer towards success. So

Speaker:

it's that Walt Disney model of there's no such thing, or, you know, there's no such thing as failure, because we're getting closer and closer to success, and there's no negatives. There's, oh,

Speaker:

that happened. That's great. We know not to do that again. And everything is so

Speaker:

positive, so uplifting. And I was. The

Speaker:

really curious thing is that everything I'm reading right now says, yes, yes, yes. This is what it looks like. This is the

Speaker:

path. This is how you do it. This is how it is. This is how

Speaker:

it becomes, you know, and it's so funny.

Speaker:

My business coach and my business coach said, we're doing this ten x versus two x. It's a

Speaker:

book. And he's doing it with ten business leaders.

Speaker:

This is Kevin Hudson. Magnificent, magnificent individual. And

Speaker:

by the way, the medium is amazing. Her name

Speaker:

is Laura Lynn, angel reader. There are

Speaker:

a lot of people that pretend to be her, but the real one is in Akron, Ohio, and she's in Twin Oaks realty. That's her office. And so that's the real one

Speaker:

that you're looking for. And she's just amazing. And she works

Speaker:

with a lot of business owners like myself and entrepreneurs who just come and they, you know, they give ideas, hey, I want to do this.

Speaker:

I'm thinking this. And she gives the intuition that

Speaker:

she's tapping into the wisdom, the angels, the relatives, and saying, yes, that's perfect. Or no,

Speaker:

maybe consider this, or try that. Or, you know,

Speaker:

so it's. It's another set of advice

Speaker:

that's really good for blind spots, like things that you wouldn't think of, things that you wouldn't see. Like, for example,

Speaker:

I felt like I had to go, go and get this launch, get everything. And

Speaker:

she's like, no, take six months to get your house in order.

Speaker:

And the reason that came out was the card that she turned was like a tower toppling. It would just topple. It would crumble.

Speaker:

You're not ready. You need to take this six months.

Speaker:

It's perfect. And then we're building our whole plan around the six

Speaker:

months. So anyway, my business coach gave me this

Speaker:

book and I listen, I don't read, I listen to it in the car mostly. I do read, too, but I listen in the car

Speaker:

and this is all in the last three weeks. And it

Speaker:

was really profound in that it gave you permission to do the big idea to pursue ten x, pursue your uniqueness, pursue permission to do this, permission to not confine to the norms, not do what's expected, but to do what you're driven by. And it was so freeing. It

Speaker:

really was. And then, and there was just

Speaker:

so much I learned from this book, but basically that building the systems, building the habits, building the, you know, the time to develop this is so important. And

Speaker:

again, really what I got out of it was permission to tap in and then to help other people, including my team, tap into their greatness, too. So it was

Speaker:

really profound and it really, like, yes, this makes sense. This

Speaker:

is why I'm taking this moment, to get the house in order.

Speaker:

Let me empower my team to also figure out what their ten x is, what their uniqueness is, what their greatness is, and then do everything I can as a leader to nurture that within them, help them build their teams, help them build their support systems. So

Speaker:

when we do launch this, we are ready. We're ready to scale, we're ready

Speaker:

to do what will happen. And

Speaker:

that we do it in an enjoyable way, that we're doing it in a creative peace of mind system versus, you know, just taking on too much work and being this like crazy panic. We

Speaker:

don't want to be there. So how do we set that up? How do we

Speaker:

set it up for success? How do we set it up so that we are ready and we can, versus we are overwhelmed by it. And it's a beautiful thing. And it's creating

Speaker:

that space to be creative. It's creating those days to be creative,

Speaker:

creating that time to be creative and then giving your, your, your team that ability to do that, too. So it's

Speaker:

this whole philosophy of not just productivity, but moving the right levers in the right way to get where you're going and knowing that it's going to take more than just money, hours, productivity to do that, that there's these spaces to grow and to become your true identity. And so it's building

Speaker:

a company around that. It's building a culture around that. It's building

Speaker:

a really strong foundation of the best talent, the best freelancers, the best creatives, the best visionary account managers that are so creative that when they come into the room and they're working with a designer and a writer and the magic that can happen there, creating these teams of amazing individuals and creating this space for the magic to happen, creating a team that's not afraid to put the insane ideas out there in a way to tap into something very cool, very different, you know, and then really defining the type of work we want to do. And I think my creative director, Susan,

Speaker:

she, she said it very clearly. She said, I want

Speaker:

to do work that gets a reaction, and I'm looking for a reaction. She's looking for an emotional connection to the work

Speaker:

she does, the work she creates, the campaign she creates, and she needs this team around her. She needs this visionary,

Speaker:

just idea idea account manager that's representing the client, but also just able to tap into this and generate these ideas. She's looking for that creative

Speaker:

writer. She's looking for this amazing team to

Speaker:

just develop something that never existed before, that just makes marketing that isn't just noise, it isn't just ads. It isn't the same messaging

Speaker:

that you've seen, but marketing that stops people in their tracks. It makes them pay attention. They connect.

Speaker:

This marketing is created from this space, from their souls that connects with other people's souls. And it is so sticky, it sticks with

Speaker:

you. It makes you think, it makes you connect,

Speaker:

and it breaks through all the noise and all the nonsense of marketing and all the, you know, the forcing you to do something, to click, clickbait, click, in a way that it just changes you a little bit. And the marketing is so

Speaker:

good that you're inspired by it. You know, it

Speaker:

lifts you up. And that's the one

Speaker:

thing is when we're talking about our culture and we're talking about this whole space where everybody is lifted up, they come in. They may come in the

Speaker:

morning, like, a little bit low, but, you know, they may be tired or they didn't eat right the day before, or they didn't get enough sleep, or there's something in there that, or there's something bothering them. And their

Speaker:

energy is low. And the minute they walk into

Speaker:

the door, the minute they walk into the office, that they are transformed by the space.

Speaker:

They're transformed by the energy. They're transformed by

Speaker:

just the presence of, oh, that's my humanness. That's my broken processor. That's my.

Speaker:

I'm going to leave this at the door, and I'm walking into this creative space, and in this creative space, all is good. And the energy and the

Speaker:

vibrations in the room and the positivity and the positivity of the work, even when it's negative. We

Speaker:

flipped it to an opportunity. We flipped it to success. We flipped

Speaker:

it. When it's a challenge, it's not a challenge, it's not a burden, it's not

Speaker:

a weight. Everything is really positive and everybody's

Speaker:

lifted up. And then throughout the day, they're lifted up. And then

Speaker:

when they leave at night, they go home a better employee, they go home a better human being, and then they carry that vibration, they carry that energy, and then they carry it and they bring it home with them. And

Speaker:

we only dwell on the negative that we bring home. My boss was brutal this today,

Speaker:

and I'm really low, and I come home and I kick the dog and I kick the kids. You know, I'm not showing

Speaker:

up my best self. Those are euphorisms. Euphemism.

Speaker:

I can't say the word. Anyway. It's not real. I'm just saying that,

Speaker:

you know, mentally, you're beat up and you're going to beat up everybody around you because you're in this very low space, but instead you're lifting up everybody around you. You're looking for the potential to lift up

Speaker:

your kids. You're looking for the potential to lift up your spouse.

Speaker:

You're looking for the potential to bring everybody into this, this positive vibration. And so we

Speaker:

were, we moved my daughter into a house this weekend, and it was really, it was an amazing transform, transformational energy change. So my daughter

Speaker:

is second year resident, and she's been, my other daughter went and bought a house immediately when she got married. My younger daughter, and she's been building equity in

Speaker:

her house and she's really good with money and blah, blah, blah. My older

Speaker:

daughter just, you know, wants it as easy as possible. She wanted to rent, and

Speaker:

we're like, you know what? This isn't probably a good thing. We should be building

Speaker:

equity. If you're not building equity, we're going to build equity. So how about we

Speaker:

buy a house and you be our first tenant, you know? And the part of the issue was she rescued this little dog, and this little dog's not very well behaved. And so as far as

Speaker:

peeing. And so we wanted a house that would be conducive

Speaker:

to that, that we would have an outside fenced in space and that she, the dog could go outside freely. And anyway,

Speaker:

so we were looking for something that fit that.

Speaker:

So she'd been in this little one bedroom apartment, and she's super creative. She's always doing crafting

Speaker:

projects, and she's always doing crocheting. And

Speaker:

the kids are, like, super, super creative anyway, and so she's creating, and I'll put some pictures up of what they, the things they do. It's just amazing. So. And,

Speaker:

you know, my one thing is, don't buy me anything. Make me something.

Speaker:

Don't give me a birthday present. Don't go buy me anything. I don't want you

Speaker:

to buy me anything. I want you to create something for me. So I have

Speaker:

this whole, like, stuff everywhere that they've created for me, and it has tremendous value, so much more value and so much positive energy in these things that they've created. So

Speaker:

anyway, the kids are. So we moved her from this

Speaker:

apartment, and my one thing was, let me lift the burden of this apartment from you, which is I cleaned it, and it was just so dark and so small, and it was so cluttered with all her creativity. You know, like, it was like,

Speaker:

just stuff everywhere. It was like a 28 year

Speaker:

old hoarder of creative stuff.

Speaker:

And everything had meaning and belonging to her, but it didn't have a place. So

Speaker:

we moved around into a house this weekend, and it was so, it was so unbelievably cool. So I work in this. I live in, I work

Speaker:

in, I work in, and I live in this world where there's incredible synchronicity, just absolute incredible synchronicity.

Speaker:

So the medium, same medium I went to see, you know, three or four weeks ago, said, you need to surround yourself with these statues. These statues are going to help you. And one of the

Speaker:

statues was Jophiel. And when I went to buy it on Amazon,

Speaker:

Jophil, and again, these were all creativity, wisdom, connection. Everything I need would come from these statues. And these are

Speaker:

statues of archangels that give you these characteristics, this energy, and it's all energy anyway. And so I bought Jophiel. And when I went to check out, it said,

Speaker:

by the way, how to declutter your life with Jophiel and bring less stress, less anxiety.

Speaker:

And so this whole book, this tiny, tiny little book, came with a statue people also bought. So I bought it, too. And I thought, well, I'll

Speaker:

give this to my daughter anyway, so. And

Speaker:

it was all about decluttering and the energy of the stuff around you. And some of it has a lot of weight of negative energy and how

Speaker:

you can declutter and get lifted up. So

Speaker:

my younger daughter was, this was honestly her project. And she talked about this when we were talking about Christmas.

Speaker:

Like, what should we do for Christmas? Should we buy you guys? What do you guys want for Christmas? Always throw that out there. And she said, I want to

Speaker:

go to Ikea, and I want to buy storage stuff so we can organize.

Speaker:

Emma, I'm like, okay. Because it bothered all of

Speaker:

us that she had all this creativity stuff that was, you know, in a bad energy space. So

Speaker:

I cleaned this little apartment. It was so sad, and it was so, like, it

Speaker:

was just, it just still had all the bad energy of the stuff. And I put the new energy into it, and it was, it was better.

Speaker:

But the coolest thing is in the new house. So my

Speaker:

younger daughter, that was her mission. We're going to put you in this house. There's

Speaker:

more space, there's more places to put things. You know, from the time

Speaker:

and we, from the time we chose, the house moved and blah, blah, blah, we had two weeks and started. Emma's my oldest daughter. She started buying on market, Facebook,

Speaker:

marketplace. But it was so weird. It was all storage stuff and organizational

Speaker:

stuff. And so my younger daughter came

Speaker:

in on Saturday, and just, she just, she just organized her. She'd been dying to do this for so long.

Speaker:

She'd been. This is something, she was her gift to her, and it

Speaker:

was, it was just this amazing experience of taking all these things that should have so much power to lift you up, but they've been in a place where they were holding you down, and the changing, the energy was so amazing. Like, by decluttering, by organizing,

Speaker:

by giving everything energy and space and organization, it was incredible. What we didn't realize

Speaker:

was, you know, the. She kept, Emma kept

Speaker:

saying that, you know, her little dog wasn't happy.

Speaker:

You know, like, she'd come home and she'd been left a home while she's at work and things, and the dog just wasn't happy. You know, the dog

Speaker:

was, like, almost like, acting out. Like I didn't get enough

Speaker:

attention. I didn't get anything. Anyway, this little dog

Speaker:

in this new house was just like. Like a

Speaker:

completely different dog. This dog was happy and prancing

Speaker:

and confident and just running all over the place and so excited by the dog was responding to this new energy of this home where everything could have a place. And it

Speaker:

was such an amazing experience. Like, it was

Speaker:

such an amazing experience. So I put this little

Speaker:

book, how to declutter, with Jofiel the Archangel Jophiel, on her newsstand. I mean,

Speaker:

not newsstand, but her coffee table. You know, like, one of

Speaker:

the most important places is your coffee table book. Anyway, we came

Speaker:

back Sunday to help. You know, we're still doing everything got moved

Speaker:

on Saturday, but we're still cleaning the old apartment. And then on Sunday, we came

Speaker:

in to just, you know, the stuff that, like, my husband would do, like hang curtain rods, you know, towel racks, things like that.

Speaker:

So we, so anyway, there's this little book, and I brought my laptop because that's all I do is work. And

Speaker:

so I was doing that because the majority of the work had been done. And

Speaker:

so I was reading that. But I'm like, God, I was really drawn to reading

Speaker:

this book. And on the way down there, you know,

Speaker:

I started talking to my husband about, you know, I need to develop metrics around this core values. I

Speaker:

mean, to develop metrics around, did we raise the vibration? Did people leave more positive than they came in? And we had a fabulous experience with a client that visited us on Friday where he came in and he was so low.

Speaker:

And he's like, I have 50 problems I'm faced with right now. We're faced with the company. And, you know, most of our

Speaker:

clients at this point have been manufacturing and, you know, everything's with labor and issues and productivity and waste because you've got the wrong people and they don't care. I've got 50 problems. And

Speaker:

this problem building this shopify e commerce site is my 51 problem. But I know it's what we're supposed to be doing, and it's

Speaker:

the potential, it's the opportunity, but it's so far down the list, and we're not given the attention it needs to give and blah, blah, blah. Anyway, so it came

Speaker:

in so low. By the, by the time the meeting ended,

Speaker:

we had lifted him up so much. And then on the way

Speaker:

back, he actually went and created a meme of this business idea. And then he got all creative and he created this whole

Speaker:

graphic, and he emailed this to us and he's like, yeah, I've got to stop thinking like that. I've got to start thinking like this. And we totally

Speaker:

transformed him. And I'm like, that's what I want. Every client that comes

Speaker:

in, we transform the energy, we transform from this, such a low negative to a very positive. Every employee I want. And so

Speaker:

on the way down to visit, my daughter's about 40 minutes away with the hospital. She's a resident and where she's living.

Speaker:

On the way down, I'm talking to my husband about this. I'm like, can I

Speaker:

measure this? Can I? You know, we're experiencing it. But

Speaker:

my goal is to put the science behind this. The goal of all these

Speaker:

programs is to say yeah, there's this thing called creativity there. There's this flow, there's this

Speaker:

inspiration, this higher intelligence. Is it, is it coming from aliens? Is it

Speaker:

coming from spirit? Where is it coming from? And making it, instead of making it, like this thing that's out there, that we put the science behind it, and we're like, this is how you experience it. This is how you use it. This is how you tap into

Speaker:

it. This is something that's real. It's part of your life. You should use

Speaker:

it. It makes your life better. Blah, blah, blah. Without all the weirdness and the

Speaker:

craziness and the hippiness and all that. But this is real

Speaker:

business, good business practice and good business sense of, you can improve lives, and then those lies will go improve other lives and blah, blah, blah. This is a whole theory behind everything

Speaker:

we're doing, you know, and that everybody can learn how to problem solve, and everybody is suddenly empowered. They've got the

Speaker:

ideas, they've got the creativity. They solve every problem in their life, and then

Speaker:

they help everybody to do the same thing. And so that's the big picture

Speaker:

anyway. But I said, I've got to put the science behind this. This is kind

Speaker:

of like voodoo. Like, I'm lifting people up, I'm making them

Speaker:

more positive, and I'm saying I'm doing, but it's not I'm doing it. It's that there's an intention to lift the vibration. That's

Speaker:

what it's. All I'm doing is setting the intention. And then

Speaker:

we're creating this space for positivity and ideas, and our goal is to lift someone up. So

Speaker:

I'm like, how do we measure this? How do we put the science behind it? How we do it? So I've got this tiny, thin book on Sunday morning just sitting there, and the whole house has light. This house we moved into, for

Speaker:

some reason, has sunshine on both sides. And I'm like, how is

Speaker:

this even real? The sun doesn't live this way. So

Speaker:

we're sitting in this beautiful front room, and it's all hand me down furniture and everything, but it's comfy. And we're sitting in

Speaker:

this amazing light, and I'm reading this book, and it's just so light and the energy. And there's this little dog that just died and went

Speaker:

to heaven. This little dog just running around, you know, like,

Speaker:

just so happy. This dog was never been happy. This

Speaker:

dog was a. This is the one that, you know, she was a

Speaker:

worker. She. She was in a puppy mill, and she was in a

Speaker:

puppy mill for seven years, and she just had litter after litter after litter. And

Speaker:

now she has this amazing, delightful life. And it's what every

Speaker:

puppy mill mama deserves, is this amazing, delightful life.

Speaker:

Anyway, so I'm sitting here, I'm reading this tiny little book. I mean, honestly, it

Speaker:

can't be 2030 pages. And I get to the point where it

Speaker:

says, oh, and the way to measure the vibration and the energy, because it's talking about decluttering and the energy that every single object not only holds, but the energy that the objects bear a weight on you.

Speaker:

They bear weight on you. So let's say

Speaker:

you purchased this object and you never used it. Let's take a piece of clothing. You spent a lot of money on this

Speaker:

piece of clothing, and you never wore it. You've gained five pounds, whatever

Speaker:

reason, or it just doesn't fit quite right. Or you.

Speaker:

It's not in the store, but because you purchased it, you keep it, or because someone gave it something to you, it has this emotional weight. And what Jophiel is

Speaker:

saying, and this book was written where someone was channeling Jophiel, what she's saying is, is that weighs on you.

Speaker:

And that actually, when you give up those things, when you thank it, you see the purpose of it. You get the lesson out

Speaker:

of it, and you thank the thing. You thank

Speaker:

the thing that's holding this energy. This energy is holding you

Speaker:

hostage and weighing on you. You thank it for what it gave you. You

Speaker:

thank it for everything, and then you just kind of donate it. The energy you get back from that

Speaker:

is you're restoring your energy. So the

Speaker:

clutter, the things. And

Speaker:

in Emma's world, it wasn't things that she's going to get rid of, but the things. The weight of all the

Speaker:

stuff was really bringing her down and her energy down. And it wasn't that. It was like if we

Speaker:

organized it, she could feel the potential of all these projects, and then it be in a place to choose. Will I ever do that? Or is this something I can give away?

Speaker:

So, excuse me. It was a real eye opener, because

Speaker:

I live in a world of clutter, and I'm not going to. I just experienced this whole transformation of

Speaker:

clutter, and I'm like, okay, that's it. I'm done.

Speaker:

I'm changing my habits. I have my atomic habits. I'm

Speaker:

taking on this new identity. I'm going to, and I. This

Speaker:

clutter is weighing me down, and it can't be part of my life. So I'm

Speaker:

going to do what we just did with Emma, with my house, my home, my life, my Asana board, which is my project board. It would make you throw up and cry if you looked at my

Speaker:

Asana project board. So I'm going to clear up all the clutter in my

Speaker:

life, and I'll talk about that as we go through the journey. But anyway, coming

Speaker:

back to measuring vibrations, so, you know, driving down there, I asked my husband, I say, God, there's got to be a way to measure vibrations. There has to be. There has to be a way to measure

Speaker:

vibration. It's energy. It's just energy. How can you measure

Speaker:

energy and that you've. You've transformed it. You know, it might be

Speaker:

low in the morning. Did we transform it? Did everybody leave on a

Speaker:

high? And so open this book, and I'm reading this book, and all of a sudden it gets to measuring vibrations.

Speaker:

And again, I'm going to research this further. Think is

Speaker:

we want to put the science behind what we're doing. We want to make it

Speaker:

practical. We want to make it so you can bring this into your company,

Speaker:

and you can transform all your employees.

Speaker:

You can transform your employees into idea machines, owning it, improving everything. You can have people that come

Speaker:

in and they leave. They're bringing all their problems in

Speaker:

every day, you know, everything awful that's going on at home, and they leave those at the door, and they are transformed from the minute they walk in. And then when they go home, they carry that energy

Speaker:

back and they transform the people at home. And so that's the goal,

Speaker:

is to build a better workplace, build a better operating system, build a better model. You know, stop with the witch hunt, stop with

Speaker:

the making people feel bad for making mistakes. Look at it as an opportunity to

Speaker:

change the Sop, to change the, you know, to change what you're doing. Instead of just doing marketing for the sake of doing

Speaker:

marketing, do marketing that transforms people, do, you know, making everything better. So coming back to

Speaker:

measuring vibrations, I keep going off on my tirade, but it's really important for me to do this because there's no, people keep telling me there's no clarity in what I'm trying to do. And so I'm trying,

Speaker:

this is my testing ground to make it clear. This

Speaker:

is what I'm trying to do. So

Speaker:

the vibrations, and it's water, the structure of water changes with the vibrations in the room. A quick note from me.

Speaker:

This program and the creative revolution that I want to make happen, it's funded by my business and those businesses that put their marketing in our hands. And the goal is

Speaker:

that we develop these amazing creative marketing programs for businesses.

Speaker:

They pay us, we invest the profits into more creativity and more programs. So it's

Speaker:

self fulfilling, self funding. And, you

Speaker:

know, I way, the way I look at it, as is instant karma. You're putting

Speaker:

good into the world and you're going to get good back. You're going to get

Speaker:

amazing visibility of your products and services. You're going to get

Speaker:

amazing creative work that's memorable and sticky.

Speaker:

We're phenomenal at getting businesses to the number one spot on Google. So if you invest in us,

Speaker:

we will in turn give you exposure on this channel.

Speaker:

We'll give you amazing creative content. And so we would love to work with

Speaker:

you. So just go ahead and set up a consult and see how we

Speaker:

can help you@advancreative.com. dot and so we've got to figure out how to

Speaker:

get the, it's not a magnifying glass, a microscope. We have to figure out how to get the microscope to see the

Speaker:

transformation in the water. But when there's positive energy,

Speaker:

positive vibrations, the crystalline structure of the water molecules changes and you can physically see it. And when you leave a glass of water

Speaker:

overnight in a negative room full of bubbles, the next morning, if it's clear, it's positive, if it's full of bubbles, it's negative. And so

Speaker:

I would like to build a scientific measurement that said we lifted the vibrations today. And so

Speaker:

that's my goal. And then two

Speaker:

in the book, ten x versus two x at the very end of it, they talk about this, they talk about vibrations. And for me, it was a huge

Speaker:

validation that, oh, I'm doing the right thing. I'm saying the right thing.

Speaker:

This is what I believe this is. I know this is real, but I just

Speaker:

don't have the science to back it up. But they talk about that

Speaker:

vibration and that one person vibrating at this higher level can impact so many lives.

Speaker:

So I've had this passion for a long time and I've got lots of passions, and obviously you're hearing about them and they're crazy and everything's nuts, but, like, I've got to try it. So

Speaker:

you go into Walmart and there's very low vibration, and you go into target and there's a very high vibration. My question is, can

Speaker:

I sit in Walmart and project this energy, and can I change the vibration in Walmart? And I know that seems crazy, and I've probably talked about this before because I keep talking about it, it keeps nagging at me. Nagging at me, nagging

Speaker:

at me, you know, and the weirdest thing is we have a Walmart that I could walk to from the office, and Emma in her new Mart house has a Walmart that she can walk to. And it's just really

Speaker:

funny that we have Walmart so close to us, and it's just like. And I'm not saying that that's synchronicity.

Speaker:

I'm not saying that at all, but I'm saying if we have this ability to, and that this vibration that we can put out there lists people, and we show people how to increase their vibration just by having a happy workplace, a positive workplace, that can we again, impact and just lift people up around us by doing this. And is this real and everything so

Speaker:

far, like the ten x versus two x book, everything, you know, the Jophiel everything is. When I put this question out

Speaker:

there, all these answers keep coming back to me and validating, yes, it's real. Yes, it was real. You should be talking about this. You should

Speaker:

be measuring it. This should be part of your program. This

Speaker:

should be a metric in business. And I know it's not a

Speaker:

business metric right now, but business metrics built around not just efficiency and profitability, but inspiration, creativity, positive positivity, vibrations. Lifting people up

Speaker:

is your business in the business of lifting people up and making a difference in lives. And that's where I'm going to close today, because it's such

Speaker:

a huge episode. We're way longer than our

Speaker:

normal episodes, but it's so impactful.

Speaker:

And what's really cool is I'm taking these breaks between recordings, so I'm going to come back with lots of stories. I'm going to come back

Speaker:

with, how did our culture transform? How did everything come into alignment? How are all these synchronicities working? How are the things that I'm looking for just showing up in front of me? Like, I mean, what is the chance of all this stuff just showing? You know, I asked the question. I want to measure

Speaker:

vibrations. I have a book that show talks about vibrations. I have another book

Speaker:

that talks about vibrations. None of this I was seeking, it just showed

Speaker:

up in front of me. And so it's like,

Speaker:

it's real. You can do this. You can have

Speaker:

this type of transformative business, you can have this type of transformative relationship with your children, with your parents, with your extended family members.

Speaker:

And even if you don't speak like, I have a sister I don't speak to, you can still put that energy out towards them and it be a positive, healing kind energy instead of the opposite. Anyway, so

Speaker:

take this all with you. I know it's huge, and maybe you want to listen

Speaker:

to this episode two or three times because there's a lot of nuggets there. But

Speaker:

we are going to change the world one episode at a time.

Speaker:

Thank you. There you go.
