Founded by pianist Nina Ferrigno of the Calyx Piano Trio and clarinetist Scott Andrews of the St. Louis Symphony and completely powered by volunteers, the nonprofit Missouri Chamber Music Festival (MOCM) brings the fine art of intimate classical music ensemble playing to a wide audience through dynamic and accessible performances of the highest quality. Nationally recognized professional musicians perform a series of chamber music concerts each June. Diverse programming, including new and commissioned works, is a defining attribute of the festival, helping to illuminate the exciting, extraordinary, and diverse nuance of the small ensemble genre.
