Shownotes

The pandemic has been a really tough time to teach.  And you all have been amazing.  But it's been rough.

This episode is from the heart about lessons I learned about compassion fatigue and having to adjust expectations to manage to get through. These are specific lessons that I've adapted to our current situation.  I hope they can help you find ways to help yourself prevent compassion fatigue and burnout in the present situation.  I'm also going to share some resources that might be helpful if you are looking for more strategies to help you move forward.

And then, the podcast (and I) are going to take a two-week hiatus over the break. I need to practice what I preach and rest my brain.  And I need to do some planning for the coming year to bring you more content.  We'll be back January 10, 2021 with a new episode!  Happy Holidays and remember to take time for yourself!
