Shownotes

When your mantra is “Fill your bucket before you kick the bucket”, you know that the word inaction is not in your vocabulary.  Today’s guest, Lana Wolfe is just the person to talk about this outlook on life.  Joins us as we discuss Lana’s horrific near-death experience that motivated her to action to write a book and brought her to start helping women overcome their fear and live the life of their dreams.

Don’t miss these Highlights:

  • How writing a book helped her overcome her post traumatic stress and led to a coaching business
  • The importance of learning from your failures and taking the next steps
  • The power of manifestation and how it led to being on NBC’s The Tipping Point
  • Helping others overcome their limiting beliefs
  • Taking time to do the little things you love to boost your energies

About the Guest:

Lana Wolfe lives in Oregon with her dog Tasha.  She also spends a lot of time in Colorado and traveling through-out the U.S.  After spending 20 years in accounting, she embarked on a new career as an author, speaker and life coach. Following her near-death experience as told in her book, Like a Moth to the Flame, a Fatal Attraction, she is actively pursuing her passion to help women overcome fear, find inner peace and live the life of their dreams.  In pursuit of her own dreams, she is checking things off her bucket list and her new mantra is “Fill your bucket before you kick the bucket.” Lana has hiked over 16 fourteeners in Colorado and rafted through the Grand Canyon. Up next, she is planning to hike the Pacific Crest Trail.  Get the Fill Your Bucket Manifesto here: lanawolfe.podia.com/fill-your-bucket-manifesto
