TM 61: Talking about Self-Care, Sleep, Video Games & Doing 400's
Welcome to the 61st episode of the Thursday Meditations Show!
The goal of the thursday show is to show you our journey to hopefully help inspire you and hopefully help you relate more.

Before we get to the show, here are a couple announcements
On today's episode, as always we start off chatting about the challenge Ty gave to Justin, namely, to put the podcast up on Youtube.

These are the action items:
Invest in self care.

Seek out great sources of media (like podcasts like this one).
In the discussion, Ty and Justin mention sleep and video game usage as part of the self care talk, and putting your goals down on paper as part of structuring your life. They also mention that they've both had friends who've been slightly depressed lately due to social distancing.
Lastly they talk about some book recommendations.
Next they talk about the new challenges for Justin.
Justin chose to do 3 400's (100 Squats with 45 lbs on each side, 100 pullups, 100 situps, and 100 pushups).
