Mankind and specifically Dads are going through a time of great upheaval especially during and since lockdown and the polarising time in which we now live. With societal expectations changing and the work/live balance more under pressure than it’s ever been, many Dads are finding themselves starved of purpose and fulfilment right now.

In my conversation with James we delve in the circumstances which led to him having a major rethink over where his life was going, the identity crisis he had to get to grips with in order to design the life he wanted and why starting his own business was the catalyst for this. We also drill down on the things you can do today to get clarity, why role models are so important right now and how you mustn’t live a life of regret.
