Speaker:
Hey hey, this is Shaun with the Atlanta Tennis Podcast powered by GoTennis.
Speaker:
And today's tennis tip comes from me.
Speaker:
Have a listen and let us know what you think.
Speaker:
Today's tennis tip is more of a practice routine.
Speaker:
I call this one Tiny Castles.
Speaker:
Grab one friend, two cones, and you'll hit for three minutes.
Speaker:
Set the cones to your desired target.
Speaker:
I usually start with a cross-court service box corner to practice doubles engagement.
Speaker:
I aim for your cone on your end of the court and you aim for mine.
Speaker:
Three minutes later, let's find out who wins.
Speaker:
This works at any level and for any time period.
Speaker:
You can work on fitness, footwork, targeting, and consistency.
Speaker:
It's simple and it works.
Speaker:
Good luck to everyone headed out to your matches this week and as always, may the courts
Speaker:
be with you.
Speaker:
