Karin Horen is a mother of three, two-time breast cancer survivor, charity leader, public speaker and author, resilience coach, and mentor. In fact, simply an all-round enthusiastic and inspirational person so I was delighted to have her come on the show and talk about her life, her family, her book (with a rather controversial title - be warned!), and how she faced the many challenges in life. She shares her story and importantly, some of her tips and insights on how to weather challenges and develop resilience.
