Today we are joined by Canadian musician Ori Dagan. Ori is an award-winning jazz singer-songwriter that has a remarkable ability as an improviser to produce rich and remarkable sounds that warm audiences' hearts all over the world. Dagan's 2017 recording "Nathaniel: A Tribute to Nat King Cole" was an incredible visual album, that provided him the opportunity to showcase at South-By-South-West in Austin, Texas, and also a headline spot at the TanJazz Festival in Tangier, Morocco. Due to the covid-19 lockdown, we connect with Ori over the internet to talk about his start with Jazz music, the complexity of the genre, and how he has been adjusting to the current state of live performances.
