So I took the habit sometimes ago to start writing down some things that I wanted to implement from the books that reading particular. So what I've done, is putting it on the family fridge. So in our kitchen on the fridge, there are some points that really spoke to me some things that I really want to make sure that I that I consider that I think about on a daily basis. So I want you in the same way to think about stories on a daily basis or at the very least on a weekly basis, which is why I want you to write on your calendar the morning. Thank God, it's Monday. And what is this is going to do is reminding you of several things. The first one is that work doesn't need to be miserable. You don't need necessarily to be miserable in your workplace. The reason or the and you can talk with your team, you can talk with your leaders, you can talk with your managers to change things, that's the first start having a conversation listening being listened to. And that obviously, it goes without saying that your organisation needs to be one of those where you can actually do that. But I want you to remember this. So the first thing is that work doesn't necessarily be need to be miserable, it can be hard, it doesn't need to make you feel miserable. The second thing, it's a reminder of sorting for stories. So I want you to associate the phrase, thank God, it's Monday to storytelling look for stories on that Monday, start the day with something inspiring. And then if time allows it, or if you want to share those those stories as well. This is how you start the culture of storytelling, you start small. So this is the second action that I want you to take. This is the second action that you can take as well put these on your calendar, thank God, it's Monday. The third thing that you can do is talk to your manager or your colleagues about your own reflections. So if these podcast series inspired any reflection on your workplace, on your team, on how you do things, do share them with your team, however you want to share them, whether it's in a meeting, whether you want to share it through your communication channels, whether you want to have a private conversation with your manager, however it suits you make sure that you share those reflections because if they get stuck in us, it doesn't really help Right. Which is also why the next thing I want you to do that you can do is to read more about storytelling, that is a newsletter that I publish every month. And in this newsletter, I always share ideas and inspiration around business storytelling in the workplace, how you can do it, or you can do it better what to focus on every month. And this is another source of information that you can have once a month on a Monday, I'm going to put the link to subscribe to this newsletter in the Episode Notes. So this is another thing that you can do. The last thing that I'm going to suggest to do is to give me a call.

7:36

As I said, most of the time when we think when we reflect when we have some ideas, we just get stuck with those, we don't articulate them, we don't share them, we don't take action on those ideas. And when you don't take action, you don't change anything, all the things stay the same. And then the cycle of feeling miserable of not being satisfied of not feeling like you can be vulnerable starts again, it might be the case that you want to change your organisation, it might be the case that you want to change your role. But it will it might also be this this the case that you need to talk about these issues. So I really suggest you to schedule a call with me so that you can talk to me about your reflection and about your thought. And I know that people when they hear about or schedule a call you instantly think about okay, she's going to sell me something throughout the entire court. No, that's not how it works. The call that you make with me, it's about identifying some issues that you have and see whether I can actually help you to solve them, and how we can use storytelling to solve them. And if we are a good fit to partner, then we will think about what's next. If we are not, I will be more than happy to suggest you either people you can talk to or resources that you can use as well. If you want to call me, you will see in the show notes that is the link to my calendar. So you can just use that and we will have an amazing conversations. It has been an honour and a pleasure to share this journey on storytelling with you. And I'm really looking forward to connecting more. So reach out by email, schedule a call or send me a message on LinkedIn or Twitter and they really wish you a wonderful many wonderful Mondays.
