Nastasha is a licensed social worker and professor who has dedicated her life to helping others live their best lives. Because of this, she loves helping people, particularly women, learn to do real, legitimate self-care. As a mother herself, Ms. Mosby knows how important self-care is and how easy it is to allow it to drift to the bottom of your To Do list, if it even made it on the list at all! She talks about the importance of accountability and some of the challenges of men and women in prioritizing self-care.
