Transcripts

Sumantha:

Growth often looks like expansion. More clients, more income, more visibility. But sometimes growth looks like shedding. Hear me out. Growth can look like letting go of offers that are no longer a fit, releasing relationships that do not feel aligned, and saying no to things you may have once said yes to.

Sumantha:

It can feel strange because you built those parts of your business with intention. Outgrowing them does not mean they were wrong. It simply means you have evolved and your focus has changed. Inside the mastermind, I recently spoke to a member who felt guilty about winding down a programme that had been really successful for her students.

Sumantha:

She worried it was a waste and that she was letting people down. But when we unpacked it, it became clear that letting go would create space for something more aligned. She joined my one to one programme and needed to make room for it. What she is doing now feels more impactful, and she knows others who can support the students who need it.

Sumantha:

You are allowed to adapt and you are allowed to change your mind. Your business is a reflection of where you are right now and what feels like a priority. We are allowed to grow, but growth looks different at different times, and sometimes growth looks like doing less.
