Hey, everyone, it's Jack and then I go chip Tuesday and this week I wanted to talk a little bit about CRM.

Now here's Jack with another value packed episode.

If you're getting into real estate for the first time, you're going to need a tool to help you with all of the follow up.

::

Like I've mentioned before, if you're trying to find 1 discounted property, you're going to be calling a hundred of people or making hundreds of contacts.

::

How do you keep track of everything?

::

Well, if you're like me, especially when you start off, you're trying to.

::

Make do with every penny you have.

::

And one of the simplest ways to get into a CRM to help you keeping track of it all is actually simply buying one of those 31-day folders you see at OfficeMax Office Depot.

::

u can get them on Amazon for $:

Purchase instead of subscribing to one of the online CRM's.

::

You're probably going to graduate to that eventually, but I know real estate investors today that prefer this method. You buy one of those 31-day folders.

::

And then you just get some paper, 31 pieces of paper if you need to. And then every time you make a contact, that contact gets a piece of paper, and it gets put into the folder on the day that you need to follow up on. So today, for example, is the is September 20th.

::

If I made a contact with somebody, I need to follow him up on in two or three days, I would set it in the 22nd folder or the 23rd slot, and then when you get to that slide on that particular day, you pull that out.

::

That is the work you do.

::

That's the follow up you do.

::

If you need to follow up again, you put it down the road again.

::

You just use that.

::

Over and over again, it's one of the one of the cheapest, most cost-effective solutions to at least get you started.
