one for you today. So let's just go ahead and dive right into it.

happiness, right? What do you think when you hear that word?

Speaker:

What comes to your mind? It's something that we all desire,

Speaker:

right? We all want to be happy. And a lot of times we place this

Speaker:

happiness in the future, oh, if I do this, then I'll be happy.

Speaker:

Oh, if this happens, and I'll be happy. No, no, no. You can have

Speaker:

happiness right now. You deserve to have happiness. Right now in

Speaker:

this moment while you're still on your journey while you're

Speaker:

still getting to where you're trying to be. Okay. So if you

Speaker:

want to know what the secret to happiness is, then I am going to

Speaker:

share that with you right now. So when you think happiness, you

Speaker:

want to think the secret of happiness, think glad, gee, L.

Speaker:

A. D. Glad the secret to happiness is glad. And I'm gonna

Speaker:

let you know what that means. Right? The second G. Grateful

Speaker:

you need to stay grateful. You need to stay in a state of

Speaker:

gratitude. Remember, to feel grateful for all of the

Speaker:

incredible, amazing things that you have in your life, no matter

Speaker:

how small, I don't care if it's, I woke up this morning and there

Speaker:

was breath. I breathe. There was air that entered inside of my

Speaker:

lungs. And I get to live another day on this planet. Oh my

Speaker:

goodness, I woke up in a bed. Wow, I had a blanket. When I got

Speaker:

up, I was able to go into my beautiful bathroom, and brush my

Speaker:

teeth and take a shower. Wow, how blessed am I? How grateful

Speaker:

Am I for all of these things right? So just remember to stay

Speaker:

in that state of gratitude, the big things and the small. And

Speaker:

then l laughter. Remember to laugh. Life is supposed to be

Speaker:

fun, bring back that childlike sense of wonder into your life.

Speaker:

And just laugh a little bit. Those big belly laughs allow it

Speaker:

to come. Something happens when you laugh. It actually changes

Speaker:

your entire body's physiology, and releases serotonin and

Speaker:

dopamine, which are the chemicals of quote unquote,

Speaker:

happiness, right? So allow yourself to feel that joy

Speaker:

bubbling through your entire body and released in a laugh,

Speaker:

bring that back into your life and you are going to be happier.

Speaker:

That a in glad that stands for action. When we take action that

Speaker:

makes us feel better about ourselves. We as human beings,

Speaker:

we are programmed to grow and evolve, right? So when we're

Speaker:

taking action, we're taking steps forward, we have this

Speaker:

movement happening. And it's going to automatically make us

Speaker:

feel happier. Because we're making progress. We're growing

Speaker:

as our being. So take that inspired action. When something

Speaker:

inspires you. Don't hesitate. Don't wait and take that massive

Speaker:

messy action, right, take that action and you're going to be

Speaker:

happier. Now the D in the glide stands for determination. So you

Speaker:

have to stay determined when you tell yourself that you're going

Speaker:

to do something, you have to be so determined and just know

Speaker:

you're going to follow through and when you do follow through,

Speaker:

guess what that's going to do. That's going to build your

Speaker:

confidence. It's going to give you that little hit in your

Speaker:

brain of dope. mean because you follow through with a commitment

Speaker:

for yourself. And that's going to build your confidence which

Speaker:

is going to help you become more happier. So, over it one more

Speaker:

time if you want to know the secret of happiness, remember

Speaker:

glad g gratitudes. Stay grateful

Speaker:

laughter

Speaker:

allow yourself to release and to laugh. A action. Always take

Speaker:

that action when you feel inspired and de determination

Speaker:

stay determined for your goals. Keep going, keep getting back

up. When you fall down. Keep that determination and you are

going to feel happier.
