In this episode, I interview Bryan Zeman about his vast experience and knowledge putting Choice Theory to work in a school that was divided on their approach. He was able to find the balance between the strict, rule-bound approach and the permission, anything goes approach to education, while helping students not only learn their academic curriculum but also learn important life skills about responsibility and getting along with others.
