What can be better than a gloriously sunny day at the Great Yorkshire Show chatting to some truly inspiring individuals - You can’t help but feel farming’s future is bright! 

Mark Campbell and Izak van Heerden from the #AgriLeader team at the AHDB, along with Max MacGillivray from Beanstalk.Global were lucky enough to be invited by the Future Farmers of Yorkshire to chat with some of their members at the Great Yorkshire Show. 

They all shared their thoughts on a wide range of topics and how being involved with the programme benefited them, their businesses, and the wider industry. You can hear about their own leadership journeys and their passion for British farming. It is great to collaborate with such an amazing initiative and see the synergies with what AgriLeader is aiming to achieve.
