Lester Morales is a self-proclaimed healthcare nerd, disruptor, and public speaker as the Founder and CEO of Next Impact.

He found his way into the health insurance world as a product of it. His dad’s devastating diagnosis caused Lester to dig deep into health care and lit the fire necessary to begin making the amazing impact he does on the industry today.

I’ve known Lester from a distance for quite some time. But this conversation drew me into the wonderful human being he is and I have a whole new level of respect for the man he continues striving to be.

In this episode, we definitely talked a lot about health insurance. But beyond that, we talked about his love of family, his passion for and continued investment in his home country of Puerto Rico, and what it takes to be a great leader in business and life.
