In fact, Paul and his wife, Grace, founded a ministry called Champions of Hope. He is an Academic, Author, Researcher, Linguist and Spiritual Leader who is equipping believers to see the world through the lens of HOPE and discover spiritual solutions for every challenge. 

He is the co-author of the book The Coming Chinese Church. In addition he is a program director of translation studies at Bristol University and a research associate with Oxford House Research.
