The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled President Biden's White House, FBI, CDC and Surgeon General violated free speech rights by "coercing" and "significantly encouraging" social media platforms to suppress content that Federal officials considered misinformation or disinformation.

The ruling confirms a prior ruling by the Fifth Circuit in July 2023, and is additional proof the Biden Administration has violated 1st Amendment rights of Americans multiple times.
