I’m feeling a lot better now, and I wanted to share my journey with you. Life can get super overwhelming, and I’ve learned that it’s okay to take a step back and not rush things. I’ve been through a rough patch where my health took a hit, but I’m getting my energy back and focusing on what truly helps me. It’s all about finding that balance between what’s happening around us and how we feel inside. I really appreciate everyone who has supported me during this time, and I’m excited to get back to creating content without all that pressure.
A quick update of what's happening and when I will be back. Thank you for treating me to a coffee, you are awesome and really appreciate the ongoing support. It really does make a difference, and if you want to support or contact me ask me a question you can do so here: https://stevenwebb.uk/ I always love hearing from you.
Much love, Steven
Life is a rollercoaster, right? I’ve been on quite a ride lately. I took a step back to reflect and realized I’d been overloading myself, which led to some health issues. I was running on empty for a while, barely getting through my days. But guess what? I’m back on my feet now! I’ve made it a priority to focus on the things that really help me, like meditation and just taking it easy. It’s a journey of ups and downs, but I’m learning how to balance everything better. We all face pressures from life, but it’s important to listen to our bodies and not push too hard. Thanks to everyone who has supported me through this. It means the world and keeps me motivated. I’m excited to share more soon, but for now, I’m taking it slow and steady.
I’ve been feeling a lot better recently, and it’s a relief. The last few weeks were rough, with health challenges that left me feeling drained. But I’m back to sleeping well and finding my energy again. I’ve even returned to my meditation practice, which is crucial for my well-being. It’s funny how we can forget the simple things that help us feel grounded. I’ve been sharing some updates and little videos on my YouTube, just to keep things light and fun. It feels good to create without the pressure of deadlines. It’s all about finding that sweet spot between pushing ourselves and knowing when to rest.
Thank you to everyone who has stuck around and listened to my updates. Your support keeps me going. It’s a reminder that we’re all in this together, navigating our challenges one step at a time. I’m looking forward to getting back to more regular content next week, but for now, I’m soaking in the moments of calm and clarity. Let’s keep this journey going together!
Takeaways:
Hello.
Speaker A:And how are you doing?
Speaker A:I just wanted to give you another quick update because I did an update a few weeks ago and I realized that I haven't done anything since.
Speaker A:And first of all, I'm doing so much better.
Speaker A:I'm not quite ready to come back and pile everything back on and put all the pressure on yet.
Speaker A:I know life gives us pressure anyway, but sometimes we're not ready for that pressure.
Speaker A:And I realize from the past my pattern of being overwhelmed over promising and doing too much, and then my body just says, no, I'm done with that and gives up on me.
Speaker A:And the last couple of weeks, I've been really quite poorly.
Speaker A:And this past few days, I'm so much better, feel better, I've got energy.
Speaker A:I'm not falling asleep every two hours.
Speaker A:I'm sleeping again at night.
Speaker A:I'm back to meditating a couple of times a day, which for some reason I really stopped doing because I was getting overwhelmed.
Speaker A:I was thinking that I couldn't do it.
Speaker A:So I got back to taking a step back, practicing what I invite you to do, and really just nailing down on those things that really do help us.
Speaker A:Because this human condition doesn't come and go.
Speaker A:We're human.
Speaker A:Thoughts come, thoughts arise and illness arises.
Speaker A:The body breaks down, the body improves and then breaks down and overwhelm happens.
Speaker A:Life happens, and it's how we deal with these things on a daily basis.
Speaker A:And being paralyzed does make it a little more difficult at times.
Speaker A:So I just want to say thank you to anybody that's bought me a coffee, left a review that still listens to my inner peace meditations on the other podcast or on this one.
Speaker A:Listen to my podcast and the messages I get.
Speaker A:You guys are absolutely amazing.
Speaker A:Thank you to you.
Speaker A:I've had some wonderful emails and wonderful messages.
Speaker A:You keep me going in so many ways and.
Speaker A:But I'm deliberately not rushing back and piling on all that pressure onto me.
Speaker A:Yes, I have the tools to deal with the most darkest times, but, you know, I can deal with the stuff in my head I can plow through, but there's no prizes for that.
Speaker A:There's no prizes for being the strongest victim in the yard, if you know what I mean.
Speaker A:The prize is for just ourselves inside, when we find that balance between what's going on outside and what's going on inside.
Speaker A:And the balance wasn't there for me.
Speaker A:And in return, I was letting myself down and letting other people down and piling on the pressure.
Speaker A:But I ended up quite poorly to the point where I Spent almost a week barely eating and just really poorly and my body was catching every infection that I could imagine.
Speaker A:You know, infections were watching me go by and go, oh, we can have him, he's looking weak at the moment.
Speaker A:It was, it was quite bad for a time.
Speaker A:But anyway, I'm here, I'm doing well and next week I'll be back recording.
Speaker A:I've done a couple of little videos on my YouTube with no pressure, a couple of meditations and I've just, I sold a couple of items I had and I've just bought some meta glasses and I'm gonna go live and do some videos with them and it's gonna be quite interesting.
Speaker A:So I've just done a video about me unboxing them over on my YouTube channel if you wanna sneak preview of that.
Speaker A:I don't know if you want to do it or not.
Speaker A:Slightly different.
Speaker A:I just share stuff on my YouTube channel that just makes my life a little bit easier.
Speaker A:Things that.
Speaker A:Whether it's an inanimate objects or different things.
Speaker A:But yeah, I'm just, I'm just having a little fun at the moment.
Speaker A:Just no pressure on myself and I was putting the pressure on too much and therefore I'm not helpful to anybody at that point.
Speaker A:So look, thank you to.
Speaker A:If you're still listening to this podcast three or four minutes in, you must be one of my die hard friends because just deeply grateful to you and I love you and take care and I will see you next week.
