Transcripts

Today I have a microdose meditation for you, for all the moments in between all of our moments. When you feel ready, you can settle into a comfortable position, closing your eyes if you like. Of course, you can always leave them open. Or even have a soft gaze looking down at the tip of your nose,

and we'll drop in. Let's begin by noticing where you notice the breath first.

Where do you sense it? It might be in the belly in.

It might be in the chest, noticing the rise and release with each breath in and each breath out,

or it could be right above your upper lip.

Allow your attention to rest wherever you feel the breath most clearly.

Healing may not happen in big breakthroughs, but it does happen in all the moments in between all of our different moments.

So let's take a breath. Appreciating this moment. As you're breathing in, notice that you're breathing in, and as you're breathing out, notice that you're breathing out.

And if your eyes are closed right now, you may wish to open them and look around noticing what you see. Perhaps you notice something you hear in the soundscape or perhaps a feeling within the body

right now. This very moment, this small, ordinary space holds extraordinary power.

You don't need to chase peace.

You are already touching it right here, right now.

Allow yourself to appreciate these everyday moments.

And when you begin to feel ready, you can start to ease your attention and begin to slowly flutter the eyes open and wiggle those fingers and toes. You can even give your body a little stretch. Thanks for practicing with me and appreciating our everyday moments. By doing so, it helps us put a beautiful ripple into the world.
