Shownotes
Mac and cheese used to be simple. Noodles, cheddar, butter, milk, flour, salt, and pepper. Now a box can look simple on the front, while the label tells a much longer story.
In this episode, we’re talking about what happens when everyday food becomes harder to recognize, harder to trust, and harder on our bodies. From processed ingredients to the declining nutritional value of some fruits and vegetables, it raises a bigger question: when convenience quietly reshapes what we consume, how do we learn to pay attention again?
Scripture (NIV): 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 – “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?”
Reflection Questions:
What have you started noticing about the food you eat, and how might paying attention be an act of stewardship rather than fear?
