Depression & anxiety are literally a physiological and psychological symptom of disconnect between your mind, body, emotions, and society.

Instead of trying to find a quick fix in this season, you must sit, reflect, and LISTEN to what YOUR BODY is telling you.

✨ Created healthy habits to heal my gut & normalize my hormone levels

✨ Dedicated 20 minutes everyday for physical activity

✨ reframed my mindset from problem focused to solution focused

✨ Lost weight

✨ Created time for “self care”

✨ Formed a community of empowering men & women
