There are many ways to “evaluate.” I have shared some in past episodes, but in this episode, I will share a unique, fun way to assist in your evaluations. Enter the CliftonStrengths Assessment. I was introduced to Dr. Judy Oskam (https://www.judyoskam.com/) a while back and worked with her to evaluate my strengths to better help me reach my personal and professional goals. 

This test helped me discover so much about myself. It also helped me hit some big goals, create my next offer, and even helped me address some of my weaknesses! Listen as I share all my findings, and next week I will share with you how I applied them and what happened.
