What is the advice for how to deal with this? Do I get a dog? Do I find a new hobby?
Before you do any of that listen to this episode. You can do these things but you need to let your absolutely normal feelings about this be there and feel what you are feeling. In this episode I offer some of my own personal ways that I dealt with this.
