This is take 2 of the guided meditation FOLLOW THE SON. We all feel at times lost, confused, and uncertain of where to go next. This meditative prayer will help your heart remember to follow the son, Jesus Christ, He is the way. Like all meditation take time to unplug from the noise and business of the world, to breathe and recenter your heart and feet on the path. Come we will walk together for a moment.

Welcome my friends to this guided

meditation, following the sun.

Take time to get

comfortable as if you were.

In meditative prayer.

Slowing down.

Taking a rest.

And load those heavy burdens

that you've been carrying.

And let's just breathe.

Breathe in light.

And as you exhale, just imagine

yourself letting go of any of those

tensions and worries that you've

been carrying on your shoulders.

You belong here.

You belong here on this earth.

you full of this warmth and this light.
