I first met Guru Bob Breen in the 80s and I was struck by his down to earth approach and his knowledge of martial arts, so I was extremely pleased that he agreed to be a guest on my podcast.

Bob Breen is a master martial arts instructor with over 50 years of experience at the highest level. His students have gone on to become leading instructors and competitors, with many achieving Master and Grandmaster rank.

A pioneer his whole career, Bob is the creator of 4D combat.

Bob was one of the first karate black belts in the UK and captained the English Karate team. He pioneered JKD and Filipino martial arts in Europe. He was an instructor under Dan Inosanto founder member of WEKAF (World Eskrima Kali, Arnis Federation)
