It's always, hey, kids are back to school.

Time to back hitch remodel.

Because I've got 32 people coming over for Thanksgiving.

Every year, busiest time of year, everybody thinks you're going to get a three month remodel done for Thanksgiving and they call you on September 20th.

It's not fair to anybody.

It's not realistic.

And be cautious because there's plenty of contractors that'll tell you they can get it done because they need a buck.

And I just made every contractor out there hate me because some probably can.

If they got a 10 guy crew or a bunch of great subscribers, somebody might be able to pull it off, but they're only going to pull it off for one client.
