That said, that suggests that there is some "heavy lifting" involved in liberating yourself. There isn't.
In this Episode we explore how to "Just Let Go" - to allow ourselves receive all the good things in life to which we are entitled (yes, we deal with the issue of "I don't deserve" in this Episode too!).
In doing so, we shake off the constraints of how we think not just about ourselves and how the world works but even how we think about what we think constitutes or should constitute happiness and success. (Too much thinking in that last sentence!)
The process - yes, it is a process that we must follow daily - is simple to the point of effortless when we understand and realise that we can only take one little step at a time because our lives are lived in one little moment at a time.
When we do that, we experience a reality that will forever escape the thinking mind - that, right now, you're living the life that is best for you.
