00:27 - Do really good research on your coach. Don't just find a coach who's trying to make a dollar. Find a coach who is serious about helping you get to point A to point B. And if I'm being honest, I think if you are in a place where you don't know where to start, you're confused, you need clarity, don't go buy a course. You don't need a course. You need something a little more hands on. I bought basically a course, and it was a lot of work. I think the only thing that helped me was the support group that I got access to from buying that course. So, not necessarily the course, but that group, that support system. Be very picky about who you choose in the beginning as a coach.
