Andy Bird
Andy Bird is an executive coach and mentor who provides support, challenge and guidance to help leaders flourish and succeed. He works with a diverse range of CEOs in charities, start-ups and larger corporates.
As a leader himself, Andy’s early career at Unilever culminated in him leading their Marketing Academy, the group responsible for driving the development of their global marketing capabilities. He went on to co-found Brand Learning, a specialist consultancy that won many awards for its high levels of employee engagement. The company grew to a team of 170 people, with offices in London, New York and Singapore, before it was acquired by Accenture in 2017.
Andy has been working as a coach for over 10 years. He obtained an MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change at Henley Business School and is accredited as a Master Executive Coach by APECS. Andy has published two books – The Growth Drivers and The Inspired Leader – and he is currently conducting doctoral research into the roles that coaching and mentoring play for charity CEOs.
