Andy Bird is an executive coach and mentor who provides support, challenge and guidance to help leaders flourish and succeed. He works with a diverse range of CEOs in charities, start-ups and larger corporates.

He went on to co-found Brand Learning, a specialist consultancy that won many awards for its high levels of employee engagement. The company grew to a team of 170 people, with offices in London, New York and Singapore, before it was acquired by Accenture in 2017.
